All pieces of jewellery are handmade so it is very important that you choose the correct size/style. We do not offer exchanges or returns due to change of mind.

If you order a ring that does not fit, an exchange can be made, shipment back to me is the customers responsibility you will then receive a store credit. 

Due to hygiene we do not offer returns or exchanges with our earrings. 

Good vermeil has a year warranty, replating silver jewellery is also an option we offer upon request.

WORKSHOPS 

If you book a workshop and are unable to make it or need to cancel you’ll be given a store credit to either rebook later down the track or use in store to purchase jewellery .
