2 Day Silversmithing Masterclass

📍Tinonee - NSW (Mid North Coast)

I’m offering a 2 day, 1 on 1 silversmithing masterclass workshop for anyone wanting to learn the complete art of metalsmithing. The workshop is designed to give you the knowledge, skills and confidence to start creating your very own hand crafted jewellery pieces from home. 

You’ll make 4-5 jewellery pieces (depending on the complexity of your pieces) 

DAY 1 

-  Plain sterling silver band (Learning the basics of ring sizing, shaping, filing, polishing and soldering) 

- Stamped/engraved ring (Stamping details into silver pieces to add designs or personal engravings) 

- Ring with a stone setting (run trough measuring and creating a setting for a stone, soldering your setting to your ring band, setting the stone and polishing) 

DAY 2 

- Earring pair and necklace pendant depending on complexity (creating settings, setting different shaped stones and soldering on and creating bails, embellishments, earring backs) 

Price includes ;

• 2 full days of learning

• Snacks - drinks - tea/coffee

• All your materials including sterling silver and stones

• An entire list of all of my stockists as well as a take home booklet if you need to refer to it once you're working from home with a list of all the tools you’ll need to get started.

Workshop runs across 2 days ; 9:30am-3pm 

Please bring your own lunch with you, I have a kitchen available to you including a fridge, kettle, microwave, plates, bowls and silverware.
