The colours and contrast in the Owyhee Opal are absolutely breathtaking !

the lighter colours like the white wash trickling over the sand back out to the crystal clear waters. The darker colours like the deepest depths of the sea.
Completely crafted from my two hands a setting is made for the opal and set onto its back plate ,sterling silver dots are soldered on like pebbles in the sand.
